Funeral Donations & Floral Tributes

Traditionally, flowers have always been a symbol of love and remembrance for deceased loved ones. Alex Jones would be happy to assist you in the ordering of personalised funeral wreaths, funeral flowers and floral tributes in memory of your loved one. Whether you want something simple and classic, or something completely unique, it’s up to you.

Here are our recommended local florists:

Lucie Mason Flowers: all tributes are tailor-made to each client’s personal wishes, whether it is a small natural posy or an elaborately designed shape, Lucie Mason will guide you through the process either at our Lingfield shop or in the comfort of your own home.

Pipers: flowers for funerals and sympathy – wreaths, coffin sprays and garlands, and personal designs, too. Select from one of Pipers’ designs on their website or contact Pipers for sympathetic helpful advice to create a bespoke and fitting piece for your loved one. Flowers can be delivered directly to Alex Jones Funeral Directors, a church, crematorium or collected from their shop.

Orchard Nursery: Orchard Nursery Plant Centre is an established, independent family business on the outskirts of East Grinstead.

As well as floral tributes, we can also help you in organising how mourners pay their respects through funeral donations, or through sympathy flowers.

While flowers possess a symbolic beauty, many people simply request that mourners instead donate to a charity of the family’s choosing. The selected charity may be in relation to the cause of death, or it could be a cause that was close to your loved one’s heart. Whichever you choose, our team would be happy to arrange any donations for you.

At Alex Jones Funeral Directors, we’re always there to offer support and guidance to anyone who needs it. With branches throughout Lingfield, Oxted, Forest Row and Edenbridge, you can visit if you’re close by – if not, please get in touch via phone.
