Alan and his team work closely with their suppliers and are dedicated to perfecting carefully prepared dishes, whilst taking great pride in preparing meals from raw produce – be it sandwich fillings, exciting salads, buffet lunches, stylish canapés or delicious cakes.
Along with his wealth of experience, in different areas of the industry, Alan has a life-long passion for food and an interest in global cuisine.
Alan, although mostly self taught – was ambitious enough to pursue his learning and interest in food and attended Leiths School of Food & Wine in 2004. He went on to work in an award winning gastro pub, then quickly progressed on to work as chef-de-partie in a Michelin starred restaurant in West London. With additional experience in a busy West End theatre kitchen and small neighbourhood restaurant in the suburbs, he then went on to run a health based busy cafe in Richmond.
